Diet and lifestyle are fundamental to maintaining wellbeing; however, these habits can be very difficult to change. Exploring and understanding how you think and feel about changing habits is crucial to identifying strategies which will help actually achieve those changes through stepwise, gradual incremental steps. Cognitive behavioral and neurophysiological mechanisms can be combined with psychodynamic work to understand and alchemize emotional issues underlying habits which are resistant to change.
