CBT is an extremely effective method for achieving real pragmatic change in our mental, emotional and physical habits. Through identifying the connections between thoughts-beliefs-behaviors, we can identify and deconstruct the mechanisms that lead us into unconscious and unhelpful behaviors and construct new thoughts-beliefs-behavior mechanisms that support well-being and self-care. CBT is an excellent tool for addressing mental patterns and beliefs that contribute to anxiety and depression, beliefs and behaviors that lead to self-sabotage and self-damage.
